From Paralysis to Purpose
A story of faith, resilience, and redefining life after survival
Holistic Wellness Architect & Survivor Advocate
Tracey M. Brown is a Holistic Wellness Architect, Survivor Advocate, and founder of BodyTraceFit and Stroking In My Stilettos.
In 2019, Tracey experienced an ischemic stroke that left her left side paralyzed. As a fitness professional and bodybuilder, her life changed overnight. What followed was a journey of faith, resilience, and determination as she fought to regain mobility and independence.
Just as she rebuilt her strength, she was faced with another life-changing diagnosis—breast cancer. After undergoing a bilateral mastectomy, Tracey once again leaned into her faith and discipline, emerging cancer-free and stronger than ever.
Today, Tracey uses her lived experience to help stroke survivors and individuals navigating life after diagnosis reclaim their independence, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover purpose. Her work bridges the gap between survival and living fully again.
