Every survivor has a story. Some are just beginning the journey of recovery, others are fighting to reclaim their independence, and many are searching for a community that understands. At Stroking In My Stilettos, we believe that no survivor should walk this journey alone.
I founded this nonprofit after my own stroke and breast cancer battles because I know the gaps survivors face — the isolation, the lack of resources, the fear of what’s next. Today, Stroking In My Stilettos stands as a lifeline for stroke and breast cancer survivors, offering fitness-based recovery programs, survivor-centered resources, and holistic support that goes beyond hospital walls.
